Looks like a 7 day extension on the constitution. Most folks I've talked to think that taking a week or two more to bang this thing out is not a bad idea. There is a sense that we've crossed into a new political threshold; that the possibility of all-out civil war is receding every day. Not all of the issues are going to be solved any time soon, but at least the mechanisms for political interaction are becoming established.
