Document

15 August- we're waiting to see what news comes out about the constitution. It's fairly certain that a few issues will be left for further discussion, but having at least some sort of draft document would be a major step forward. I'm headed out to a Provincial Council meeting and I'll be curious to see what their take is on things. More later.
